• Diagnostics and support: basic crash logs, device information, and the contents of support emails may be processed to keep the app reliable and respond to problems you report.

• Operate core Curbee features for planning airport pickups and arrival coordination.
• Store and display the trip details you create inside the app.
• Send or schedule reminders related to pickup timing.
• Maintain app quality, troubleshoot bugs, and improve performance.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, or privacy questions.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that help us distribute, host, diagnose, or support the app, but only to the extent needed for those services. If you use a device feature to share a trip plan with someone else, the information you choose to share is handled by the app or service you select.

4. Storage and Retention

Curbee is designed to keep planning information lightweight and practical. Trip details may be stored on your device so your plans remain available when you need them. You can edit or delete your pickup plans inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes local app data from your device subject to your device or backup settings. Support messages and diagnostic records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve issues and maintain the app.

• You can choose whether to grant location permission.
• You can disable notifications or reminder permissions in your device settings.
• You can edit or delete trip details you have entered in the app.

6. Children’s Privacy

Curbee is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us and we will review the issue.
